Terms of Service

SMS Gateway is an internal platform. Accounts are provisioned by an administrator — there is no public self-registration. You may only use credentials or API tokens issued to you, and you are responsible for all activity under your account or tokens.

• Only send messages you have a lawful basis to send, to recipients who have consented to receive them.
• Do not use the platform to send spam, phishing, fraudulent, harassing, or unlawful content.
• Comply with applicable telecommunications and consumer-protection regulations in the jurisdictions you send to.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit checks, or access controls.
• Keep API tokens and account credentials confidential; report suspected compromise immediately.

Sending messages consumes credits based on per-sender rates configured in the dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining sufficient credit balance. We are not responsible for messages that fail to send due to insufficient credit, and costs already billed for successfully dispatched messages are not refundable.

The platform depends on an upstream SMS delivery provider and third-party identity infrastructure. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for delays or failures caused by upstream providers, network conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

API tokens are scoped to specific senders and can be revoked at any time from the dashboard. Integrations you build against the API must comply with these terms and the documented usage limits at /docs.

The platform, its interface, and underlying software are owned by Tech And Graphics. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, branding, or source code beyond what is needed to use the service as intended.

We may suspend or revoke access for accounts or tokens that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law. An administrator may deactivate your account at any time.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech And Graphics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including losses caused by third-party SMS delivery failures.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malawi.
